MAINTENANCE PACKS
Give your older Collar a 'fresh start' with new screws & washers. Also includes 30g Tef-Gel cream & driver bit. Only available for Collar kit systems that are screwed on from the inside.
Packs start at $90 + GST + postage (for 20 screws etc)
BC SHIELD - SMALL
For any size boat. Shields are 1.2m long. Sold as a pair. 2mm thick aluminium cover provides extra protection for crab pots, etc. Approx 5kgs extra weight.
BC SHIELD - LARGE
Recc'd for boats over 4.2m long or straight sided. Shields are 2.4m long & either 2mm or 3mm thick. For ultimate protection & added strength. 10-12kgs total.
STRAP PROTECTORS
Prevents straps indenting Collar over time. Removable; stays on strap, not Collar. Strap weaves through the holes. For a PAIR; $120 Mini or $150 Max/Slim + $30 P&H + GST
TEF-GEL 30g
Covers up to 90 screws. Non-toxic! Very sticky, anti-corrosive and water-repellent cream, applied under washer heads & on screws. 30g $25ea + $20 P&H + GST.
T-REX POWER FAST-GRAB
Applied as a full-length line under Collars, it reduces pressure on screws and provides a water barrier line. Recommended for boats over 4.3m. $35ea + $30 P&H + GST.

NEW EXTERNAL FIXINGS
Replace any old/ scratched External Fixing plates with fresh plates, painted in Charcoal grey to match the Collar.
Plate sizes approx: 4x100x150, 6x125sq, 6x160sq (sng or dbl hole). Bugle Batten screws are either 120mmL [into plate] or 150mmL [into hull].

TRANSOM FOAM (KIT)
Want more flotation at the rear of your boat? Max TR.Foam provides approx 30kgs extra buoyancy at rear.
Not suitable if boat has steps.
